Gabrielle loves working with the Biwa pearl and calls them “irregular little miracles” as they both fascinate and inspire her.

Her jewelry designs have always evolved directly from the essence of the materials with a goal to let the individual beauty of each pearl or gemstone glow rather than being overshadowed by a fussy setting. Nature’s whim dictates a pearl’s shape and color whereas a natural gemstone is cut and coaxed by the setting created by hand.
